Hi, I'm Joan Gregerson!

I'm an author, wellness coach, environmental organizer and mom.


I'm a certified Holistic Health Coach and Diabetes Prevention Professional. I've studied with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and worked as a wellness coach helping people stop smoking, prevent diabetes, lose weight and overcome emotional eating. I've worked as a 'juice barista', a lunch lady and digital wellness coach. 


Through my travels across the world, I've also come to see how far the U.S. food culture has strayed from ancient wisdom of eating simple foods straight from nature. The result of this disconnection is skyrocketing obesity and disease rates. 


My mission through my books, videos, courses and coaching is to help you find your way back to eating in harmony with nature, so you can live your best life, and be a role model and advocate for others to do the same.
